Libya outclassed Sudan's Olympic team 3-0 to pile pressure on Egypt, who face Saudi Arabia in the Pan Arab Games finale on Sunday. Haitham Al-Fazani scored the opener after 16 minutes when he sent a superb scissors kick past Sudan's hapless keeper. Midfielder Ali Rahouma doubled the lead three minutes before the break when he headed home Al-Fazani's cross from the right. Ahmed Saad put the icing on the cake nine minutes past the hour mark, notching home on a rebound. Libya are temporarily on top of the five-team league with 10 points, three ahead of second-placed Egypt. The Pharaohs will win the gold medal if they beat Saudi Arabia with any margin due to their superior goal difference over Libya.
