Schalke move second in Bundesliga

Schalke 04 moved into second place in the Bundesliga after Rafinha's penalty gave them a 1-0 home victory over Hertha Berlin on Friday.
The Brazilian defender converted the spot kick just before the break after Jermaine Jones was brought down inside the area by defender Steve von Bergen.
Schalke are second in the league table with 16 points while Hertha Berlin lie fourth on 12 points.
Bayer Leverkusen could leapfrog Schalke if they beat leaders Bayern Munich at home on Saturday.
