Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez once again is very unhappy with the little time he had to prepare his squad, on the back of the international break, ahead of Portsmouth clash on Saturday. "I am really disappointed with the fixtures that we have because it is more difficult here in England," Benitez told the League Mangers' Association's official website. "The players arrive back on Thursday evening and the only thing you can do with some of them is just to run a little bit and send them home," added the Spaniard. Otherwise the Liverpool boss has opened fire on England technical and medical staff after insisting on giving Steven Gerrard a special treatment so he could be fit for the internationals. The Spaniard has consistently criticized his team's fixtures as it give them a tough task and little time to prepare. "Normally the players that are going away are internationals because they are good players and you need these players for winning every game."
