Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is adamant that Argentinean left winger Gabriel Heinze will not be sold to Liverpool. "Gabriel Heinze will not be joining Liverpool. We are examining some of the statements coming from his agent and when contact was first made by Liverpool," said the Scot. The United board is very angry from the agent's conduct and is trying to condemn him. The case is having a bad turn especially that Liverpool are trying to force a deal for Heinze and their coach Rafael Benitez had already revealed that the club's lawyers are weighting their options. "We are not happy with the agent's conduct in the matter and we are examining that as well, but it will take a couple of days before we have anything more to say." Heinze has expressed his desire to leave Old Trafford after losing his regular starting place to France international Patrice Evra.
