Asyut Petroleum playmaker Mohamed Ibrahim penned a three-year-deal with Ahli starting from next season. “I'm going to Ahli in exchange for EGP 2 million plus Ahmed El-Mola,” said Ibrahim, who refused to reveal the amount of his contract, to FilGoal.com. On the other hand Ahli's marketing manager, Adli Al-Qaeyi denied that the deal was finalized. “There is an agreement between all the parties but there's nothing official yet. We sent them an official offer and they are considering it. There is no need to hurry.” Al-Qaeyi refused to reveal any details from the offer. Ibrahim has already announced that he joined Zamalek but later on he confirmed that he didn't sign any contracts it was just a gentleman agreement. “Zamalek started negotiations but they were suddenly erupted.” The 22-year-old midfielder had an impressive end of season what earned him a first ever call up in the National squad. He played his first international cap against Kuwait and had a remarkable contribution as he assisted Mahmoud Abdul-Razek “Shikabala” to score the equalizer. Ibrahim hoped to get back to his home as he spent 9 years in Ahli as a youngster before joining Enppi in 2004 then Asyut Petroleum in 2006.
