Egypt skipper Ahmed Hassan is doubtful for Anderlecht's crucial Belgian League clash against FC Brussels on Saturday due to illness. "I'm suffering from high temperature, I can't play until my condition gets better," Hassan told FilGoal.com on Friday. The 32-year-old midfielder was introduced in the final 25 minutes of Anderlecht's match against Standard Liege in the second-leg of Belgian Cup semi-final despite his illness. Anderlecht boss Franky Vercauteren is hoping to have Hassan available for Brussels game but the former Besiktas man is not sure whether he can make the squad. "Vercauteren wants me to participate in the clash due to its importance in securing the league title, me too hope so but I'm not sure yet." Anderlecht are in charge of the league table with 75 points, two ahead of second-placed Racing Genk with two matches to go.
