Valencia manager Quique Flores was satisfied with his side's 2-2 draw at Inter Milan in the first-leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 on Wednesday. "The important thing was to come away from this game still alive in the competition, and we have achieved that. We can be satisfied over a job well done," Flores told the post-match press conference. The Spanish side came from behind twice to claim a valuable draw at Inter, thanks to a sublime free-kick from David Villa and a powerful first-timer by David Silva. While expressing his contentment with the result, Flores believes Valencia's progress to the Champions League last eight is not guaranteed.
Mancini "It's a good result but the tie isn't over yet. Inter are strong whether they are playing at home or away." On the other hand, Inter manager Roberto Mancini has said his team deserved to win as Valencia couldn't create scoring opportunities apart from their two goals. "Valencia were dangerous on few occasions, and almost never in the first half. Inter deserved to win the match today," the Italian tacticain said.
