Hamdi demands playing as playmaker

Zamalek's Youssef Hamdi said he will demand the club's technical staff to field him in his natural position as a playmaker.
Since joining Zamalek from Ittihad Alexandria in the summer of 2005 for EGP three million, Hamdi has been deployed as a right-back where he failed to impress.
"If the technical staff turned down my request I will ask them to depart the club and re-join Ittihad," Hamdi told FilGoal.com on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old scored just one goal in the Egyptian League against Harras Al-Hodoud.
