Inter Milan grabbed their 11th successive victory in all competitions after beating Siena 2-0 in the Serie A at the Giuseppe Meazza on Saturday. Argentinean defender Nicolas Burdisso put the Nerazzurri ahead in the 11th minute after he cut ahead of Siena keeper Alex Manninger to head Dejan Stankovic's corner-kick home. Hernan Crespo added the second nine minutes after re-start when he chipped the ball over the advancing Manninger. Elsewhere, two penalties from Francesco Totti helped AS Roma come from behind and earn 2-1 victory over Atalanta at the Olimpico. Riccardo Zampagna put the hosts in front in the 20th minute but Totti hit back with two successive penalties in the 50th and 63rd minutes. Inter kept their place on top of the Serie A table with 36 points, four ahead of second-placed Roma.
