Ahli midfielder Mohamed Barakat has been picked up in the squad flying to Ivory Coast to play ASEC Mimosas in the African Champions League on Sunday, the club said. Barakat has been out of action for about four months with a foot injury before his layoff extended because of ear problems. The international winger's inclusion completes Ahli's attacking force of Mohamed Abou-Treika and Emad Meteb. Holding midfielder Hassan Mustafa will be the only fit player who stays in Cairo due to a suspension decision issued by Ahli. The African champions will leave Cairo on Thursday night, spending two days in Abidjan before the anticipated clash. Ahli have the edge over their opponents after winning the first leg in Cairo 2-0 two weeks ago.
