I answered skeptics, says Zaki

Amr Zaki said that scoring Zamalek's 2000th goal in the Egyptian League history against ENPPI was the best way to answer his doubters.
"I've answered the skeptics, who said that I suffer from a chronic injury, after I scored Zamalek's third goal against ENPPI," Zaki told FilGoal.com after the match.
"It is a great personal achievement to score Zamalek's 2000th goal in the Egyptian League history," the newly-signed striker added.
Tarek Al-Sayed notched a brace and Zaki scored on his debut to help Zamalek grab their first League victory this season over Enppi, after a surprising 1-0 defeat to Ghazl Mahalla in the season's opener.
"I would like to assure the fans that we will be competing on the league's title this season following the arrival of the new signings as well as the return of keeper Mohamed Abdul-Monsef and defender Ibrahim Said," Zaki said.
"I'm not worried by the team's defeat to Mahalla. Defending champions Ahli have also lost points after their goalless draw with Arab Contractors and Ismaili will surely fall during the campaign."
The 23-year-old said that Zamalek's players are all satisfied with the appointment of the club's interim president Mamdouh Abbas.
"The players are confident that Abbas will give them their financial rights."
Meanwhile, Zamalek's new recruit Magdi Atwa said he was pleased with his performance in ENPPI's game, adding he still has a lot to offer.
"I need to participate constantly with Zamalek in order to regain my full fitness and performance," he said.
Zamalek signed Atwa from Enppi on a three-year contract for EGP 500,000 after a disappointing spell with his former club where he rarely featured.
"ENPPI did not give me any chance to show my abilities, but I think the move to Zamalek will be a good compensation," he added.
Atwa came off as a substitute to Zamalek playmaker Hazem Emam in the second half.
"There is no comparison between me and Emam, he is a star and I've just made my debut. He is my idol and I want to learn from him."
