Zamalek interim president Raouf Gaser assured the fans that Egyptian striker Amr Zaki will officially join the Cairo giants within two weeks at most. "I will do my best to finalize the deal with Lokomotiv Moscow, who own Zaki, within the coming two weeks," Gaser told a press conference on Saturday. Gaser has also hit out at suspended president Mortada Mansour, claiming he was to blame for the deal's stalling. Zamalek announced the signing of the former Enppi striker late in June on a four-year contract for 1.4 million Euros, but the deal stopped because they couldn't pay the first installment which is 500,000 Euros. Meanwhile, Gaser said that Zamalek set the eighth of August as a date for any person who whishes to nominate himself in the club's board to fill the resigned members' place. Zamalek board members have previously handed their resignation in order to deny Mansour his position as the club's president.
