Russian giants Lokomotiv Moscow have set Monday as a deadline for Zamalek to pay the first installment of Amr Zaki's deal otherwise the contract will be terminated. Cairo giants Zamalek are suffering a financial crisis that may block Zaki's move, especially after the team's former treasurer Mamdouh Abbas pulled out from financing the deal. Zamalek acting president Raouf Gasser told FilGoal.com on Saturday that he will do his best to complete the Egyptian international's signing despite all the problems surrounding the deal. Zaki has also stopped training with Zamalek upon Lokomotiv's request until the problem is resolved. Zamalek officially announced the signing of the former Enppi striker late in June on a four-year contract for 1.4 million Euros. The 23-year-old joined Lokomotiv after helping Egypt win their record-fifth African Cup of Nations that was held in Cairo last January. Meanwhile, Zamalek defender Ibrahim Saied's move to Turkish side Konyaspor is on the verge of collapsing after Gasser convinced the player to stay at the club.
