Van Basten impressed by Van Persie

Holland coach Marco Van Basten said he was happy with the form showed by Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie despite his late link-up with his mates.
"Robin is in form and showed that this week," Van Basten was quoted as saying by Sky Sports Network on Friday.
Van Persie was late for the Holland training camp due to his side's participation in the UEFA Champions League final on May 17th when they lost to Barcelona 2-1.
Van Basten hinted that this display may earn the 22-year-old striker a starting spot in the World Cup.
"We are clear about the majority of our team but we always are ready to make some adjustments if necessary," the Dutch manager said.
Holland play in Group C alongside Serbia and Montenegro, Ivory Coast and Argentina.
