Egypt midfielder Ahmed Hassan has arrived in Belgium on Monday to undergo a medical and complete a move to local champions Anderlecht. Hassan, whose contract with Turkish side Besiktas ends this May, will join Anderlecht on a free transfer. "I will undergo a medical test on Monday and sign the contract on Wednesday," Hassan told FilGoal.com exclusively in a phone call from Brussels. The 31-year-old international said that he will put pen to paper on a two-year contract with the Belgian giants with an option to extend for one year. The move will give the veteran midfielder a chance to feature in the UEFA Champions League as Anderlecht won the league title this season.
