Masri won't play their remaining games in the League unless the Egyptian FA launches an inquiry over the refereeing role in the 1-1 draw against Harras Al-Hodoud on Monday, the club said. "We will abandon the Egyptian League if the FA refused to investigate the controversial calls of referee Sherif Rashwan (who officiated the game against Al-Hodoud) in presence of the Masri board of directors," said the club in a statement issued late on Monday and obtained by FilGoal.com. "We will take the case to FIFA should the FA fail to give us our rights because the club believes there is a conspiracy led by the refereeing committee against Masri." Monday's game was halted for more than 10 minutes as Masri players protested a debatable free-kick that was converted in by Morsi Abdul-Latif to bring Al-Hodoud level six minutes from time. The draw left Masri in tight spot with 22 points in eighth spot, just three points ahead of the relegation zone.
