Alexandria – Hani Al-Awadi: Ittihad Alexandria's football committee expressed their anger at head coach Talaat Youssef's decision not to renew his contract with the club. “The club is not a marketing tool for the coach to use it in moving to other clubs, anyhow, everybody should remain silent until we pass the African Confederation Cup round of 16,” Ittihad vice president Mohamed Moselhi told FilGoal.com exclusively on Thursday. Asked about the club's plans to reinforce the team during the next period, Moselhi said: “There are no professional offers for any of our players at the moment, but we are negotiating new contracts with eight of our key-players now.” On the other hand, Ittihad officials opened talks regarding a long-term deal with on-loan Olympic club player Ehad “Toti”, who they offered $250,000 for his services.
