Benfica coach Ronald Koeman said he was disappointed with the 2-0 defeat to Spanish giants Barcelona that knocked his side out of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. "You could say we feel disappointed at the result, as we were after the first leg at the Luz. We had two good opportunities in the second half which meant we could have drawn," Koeman was quoted as saying by UEFA's official website after the match. "To control the match you have to play very calmly, but Barcelona pressurised us a lot and we lost too many balls in midfield," he added. Two goals by Brazilian playmaker Ronaldinho and Cameroonian striker Samuel Eto'o handed Barcelona a 2-0 home win over Portuguese Benfica and a place in UCL semi-finals after the first-leg ended in a goalless draw. While admitting that the Catalans had the upper hand in both legs, Koeman believes his side could have snatched victory. "They were superior to us in both matches but we did have good chances to get through," he said.
