Egyptian powerhouse Ahli held an honorary celebration for Egypt's coaching staff and players in the club's headquarters on Tuesday. African Cup organizing committee chief Hani Abou-Reida, alongside committee members were also honored in the celebration that was attended by Ahli and Egyptian Football Association (EFA) board members. Ahli players who featured in Egypt's African Cup campaign, along with Zamalek players Tarek Al-Sayed, Abdul-Halim Ali, Mohamed Abdul-Monsef and Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed, and Enppi striker Amr Zaki and Samir Sabri attended the ceremony. However, Ahli striker Mohamed Abou-Treika was the most celebrated player in the ceremony where he received special attention from the local, regional and international media.
