Ahli and Egypt forward Geddo is set to be sidelined for up to six months after damaging the cruciate ligament. Ahli confirmed that the 29-year-old injured his knee in Sunday's Confederation Cup draw at Etoile Sahel of Tunisia. The Cairo club said he will be out for four to six months. Geddo has already been out for several months following foot surgery he had earlier this season. He joins a long list of Ahli players suffering from long-term injuries, including top scorer Abdullah Al-Saied, Walid Soliman and Emad Meteb.
