Suez Canal revenue rises to $379.4 mln

CAIRO - Revenue from Egypt's Suez Canal rose to $379.4 million in March, from $327.9 million a year earlier, a state website showed on Sunday.
Revenues also rose month-on-month, from $334.1 million in February.
The waterway is a vital source of foreign currency in Egypt, along with tourism, oil and gas exports and remittances from Egyptians living abroad.
