CAIRO - Enppi grabbed a 3-1 win over Cercle de Bamako of Mali in the first leg in the 16th round of African Confederation Cup in Cairo. "The coach is very upset after warning us not to let the opponents score. Ismail Diarr's goal really hurt us," Enppi midfielder Mohamed Shaaban told SuperSport. "Cercle are a good, strong ream, so the return match in Mali will be a real battle.” Enppi victory came through Ivorian striker Vincent Di Foneye, who grabbed a brace, while Amr el-Halawani scored once. Hossam el-Badri, the Enppi technical coach, said that the return game against Cercle de Bamako in Mali won't be as easy as some people apparently think.
