Cairo - A prominent Egyptian journalist says she and her editor have been summoned for questioning by Egypt's military rulers over an article detailing complaints of human rights abuses. Rights groups say the rulers commit torture and carry out arbitrary arrests. Also, they have interrogated critics, but none was charged. The military took over from ousted President Hosni Mubarak in February. Rasha Azab of the independent weekly al-Fagr and the weekly's editor-in-chief, Adel Hammouda, were told on Saturday to appear before the military prosecutor. Azab wrote about a meeting between members of Egypt's military council and a group of activists, in which they discussed allegations of torture and abuse in post-uprising Egypt.
