SHARM EL-SHEIKH -- Former president Hosni Mubarak's health is unstable because owing to heart disorders, a medical team told the official Middle East News Agency on Tuesday. Mubarak, who will complete his 83 years on Wednesday,is disappointed, according to the team. They reported, however, that his health is relatively better. Prosecutor General Abdel Meguid Mahmoud said last week that Mubarak cannot be transferred to Tora Prison, its hospital or a military hospital given his poor state of health. The prosecution was informed by Minister of Interior Mansour El-Essawy that Mubarak's health dictated his presence at Sharm el-Sheikh hospital for its high medical equipment. Mubarak has been detained at the Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital since April 12 on charges of being involved in the killing of protestors during the early days of the January 25 Revolution as well as corruption charges.
