Pope Tawadros II partakes in diaspora affairs conference in US

NEW YORK, Oct 6, 2018 (MENA) - Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark participated in a diaspora affairs conference hosted by the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of New York and New England on October 3-5, spokesman for the Coptic Church Paulus Halim said.
In statements, he added that the Pope's participation in the conference comes as part of his current month-long pastoral visit to the US.
The Pope started his visit on September 13 in which he visited and inaugurated a number of churches as well as met with senior religious figures.
