NEW YORK, Sept 28, 2018 (MENA) - Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry held talks with his counterparts Nikolaos Kotzias of Greece and Nikos Christodoulidis of Cyprus late Thursday on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. "The meeting comes within the framework of the three-way mechanism that brings together Egypt, Greece and Cyprus," Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said in a tweet. The talks reflect the three ministers' keenness on continuing consultations and coordination to further strengthen the already strong fraternal relations binding their countries, he also said. Discussions took up preparations for the next trilateral summit, which is to be held in Crete, Greece, in October.
