CAIRO, August 14, 2018 (MENA) - Minister of Environment Yassmin Fouad on Tuesday held talks with a visiting delegation of the World Bank (WB). The two sides discussed joint cooperation and policies for minimising pollution. Joint cooperation comes within the framework of a programme run by the bank on pollution management that is aimed at enhancing the quality of air in major cities. The visit is aimed at discussing future cooperation and a study on using sustainable means of transport to reduce polluting emissions and improve the quality of air, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Environment.
