Death toll among Egyptian pilgrims rises to 11

MECCA, Aug 13 , 2018 (MENA) - The Health Ministry announced on Monday the death of two Egyptian pilgrims in Mecca, taking the number of Egyptian pilgrims who died in this year's pilgrimage to 11 so far.
Mosaad Abdel Hamid Madkour, 70, and Suhair Ahmed Youssef, 53, died as a result of a sharp drop in blood circulation, the ministry's spokesman, Khaled Megahed, said in a statement.
The medical mission's emergency room is coordinating with the authorities concerned to issue death certificates for them.
