Egyptian weightlifter wins silver at Africa Paralympics Games

ALGIERS, August 12, 2018 (MENA) - Egyptian weightlifter Gihan Hassan won a silver medal in the 2018 World Para Powerlifting African Championships, held in Algeria on August 10 to 12.
The Egyptian champion won the silver medal after lifting a weight of 79 kilograms.
This competition features as a mandatory step on the qualification pathway for all African Para powerlifters striving to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
