Shoukri back home from Washington

CAIRO, August 9, 2018 (MENA) - Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri returned home on Thursday from Washington after a several days' visit to the US.
During the visit, Shoukry held talks with his US counterpart Mike Pompeo and National Security Advisor John Bolton.
He also met leading US companies investing or desiring to invest in the Egyptian market.
The visit, which came within the framework of keenness on maintaining high-level contacts with the US Administration, aimed at fostering strategic bilateral relations and emphasising the importance of serving mutual interests on all fronts.
