CAIRO, July 25 , 2018 (MENA) - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Khaled Abdel Ghafar said the coordination meetings he has held with Minister of Health Hala Zayed resulted in signing a cooperation agreement between the universities' teaching hospitals and Ministry of Health to end the woes of patients needing urgent surgical intervention.
