CAIRO, July 1, 2018 (MENA) - The Cabinet's general secretariat has sent a thank-you letter to the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Ministry's Citizen Service Department on the success of its complaint and inquiry system that has much facilitated the ministry's prompt response to citizens' problems. The EEAA complaint system comes in response to the State's policy to promote the services offered to citizens and in activation of Presidential Decree No. 341 for the Year 2017 on unifying the government's complaint system. Meanwhile, Director General of the EEAA Citizen Service Department Alaa Salam said 7,534 inquiries and complaints have been received and successfully handled during the first half of the current year. He asserted that the ministry has fully addressed all inquiries and met all demands of investors and citizens.
