ADEN, May 24, 2018 (MENA) – Yemeni military sources said 20 Houthi militiamen were wounded and killed in battles with government forces in the Yemeni province of Saada, a stronghold of rebels, Sky News TV channel reported Thursday. The sources pointed out that the casualties included two field commanders, while another four Houthis were captured. The Yemeni forces have completed the liberation of Yafi strategic mountains and surrounded the Baqem district in preparation for controlling it. The sources added that the Saudi Arabia-led Arab coalition launched rocket and artillery firing and carried out raids, targeting positions of Houthi rebels in several areas in Saada.
