Army distributes 2.7 million food cartons to most needy persons

CAIRO, May 17, 2018 (MENA) - Defence and Military Production Minister Sedqi Sobhi ordered the public services of the Armed Forces to distribute 2.7 million food cartons at reduced prices to persons most in need with the beginning of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
This came in implementation of Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Abdel Fattah El Sisi's instructions to ease the burden on citizens in remote and poor areas.
The Armed Forces, in coordination with the Supply and Home Trade Ministry, will distribute the food cartons throughout various governorates.
