Sisi leads funeral of Khaled Mohieddin

CAIRO, May 7, 2018 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Monday led a military funeral for Khaled Mohieddin, a member of the July 23 Revolution Command Council.
The funeral was attended by top officials including Minister of Defense Sedki Sobhi, who along with the president, offered condolences to the family of the deceased.
The presidency has mourned Mohieddin who was also former leader of Tagamoa Party and died on Sunday at 96.
"Throughout his long political career, Mohieddin was a symbol of political and national action and made valuable contributions to enrich the country's political and parliamentary life since his participation in the 1952 revolution," a presidential press release said.
