Sales of new 95 super plus petrol rise

CAIRO, May 3, 2018 - The consumption of the new Octane 95 super plus petrol increased to around 530,000 litres daily during April, compared to 110,000 litres daily last June, a rise of 480 per cent, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek el-Mulla, said on Thursday.
The minister said that the ministry keeps abreast of the latest developments in the oil and gas sector through improving the technical specifications and providing new kinds of petrol that are suitable for the engines of new cars.
