Saib reopens Mansoura branch after comprehensive renovation

Saib has announced the reopening of its Mansoura branch in Dakahleya, following extensive renovation works carried out as part of the bank's ongoing strategy to upgrade and modernise its branch network across Egypt.
The reopening ceremony was attended by Dakahleya Governor Tarek Marzouk, CEO and Managing Director of saib Afdal Nagib, Deputy Managing Director of saib Tarek Abdo, and Assistant Managing Director for Retail Banking and Branches at saib Amr Nasir, alongside several senior executives from the bank.
Nagib accompanied the governor on a tour of the renovated branch, visiting the vault, operations sections, and customer service counters. During the visit, they also met with clients present at the branch, listening to their feedback on the range of services offered.
Governor Marzouk praised the reopening, noting that the new branch represents a valuable addition to the banking sector in Dakahleya and enhances access to quality financial services for residents of the governorate.

Nagib emphasised that the bank is pursuing an ambitious strategic plan aimed at geographic expansion and comprehensive modernisation of its branches nationwide, in line with the latest international standards. He highlighted that the upgraded branches are equipped with facilities designed to deliver fast and seamless banking services tailored to the evolving needs of clients, supporting the state's digital transformation and financial inclusion goals.
He further explained that the Mansoura branch has been renovated using advanced communication and technical systems, alongside state-of-the-art security and surveillance technologies employed by leading banking institutions worldwide. The contemporary design aims to create a professional, comfortable environment where clients can carry out their transactions efficiently and with enhanced privacy.
For his part, Deputy Managing Director Tarek Abdo expressed his satisfaction with the reopening, reaffirming the bank's commitment to expanding its customer base by offering a modern banking experience that combines contemporary design with premium service quality.
He underscored that saib is dedicated to broadening the reach of its banking services to cater to both existing and potential clients across all regions, in alignment with national efforts to promote financial inclusion.
