Published in Daily News Egypt on 14 - 08 - 2023

Informa Markets has announced that the 12th edition of Cityscape Egypt exhibition will be held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from 20 to 23 September, under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities.
The event will feature more than 70 exhibitors on a covered area of more than 35,000 sqm, to showcase hundreds of projects across Egypt and offer packages of exclusive offers and payment plans. During the exhibition period, the launch of projects will be announced exclusively, and it is expected that the exhibition will receive more than 20,000 visitors, with the participation of all relevant agencies and institutions interested in the real estate sector.
Director of the exhibition, Robert Daniel, said: "Egypt's real estate market has many advantages that make it a focus of attention for investors, and an attractive factor for owners of capital, especially for its great ability to face the current global economic challenges."
He added that the activities of the exhibition include organizing the Cityscape Talks platform to share experiences and discuss the most important developments in the sector between experts from public and private sectors on the part of market leaders, as this version covers the entire real estate sector, including residential, commercial, administrative properties, retail, industrial units and hospitality properties.
Daniel noted that over the course of the exhibition, Cityscape Talks will bring together major real estate developers, investors, government representatives and key decision makers to discuss the most important developments affecting real estate, investment opportunities, financing, mortgages and sustainability, making the investment decision clear and evident.
