UK based business consulting company, Etqan Business Development, has signed a cooperation agreement with Contrack Facility Management (CFM) to provide integrated facilities management solutions.
These will cover Etqan partners' projects, including providing consulting services and facility management for projects.
Basem Elsherbiny, Etqan Business Development CEO, said that the cooperation agreement with CFM, an Orascom Construction Group subsidiary, comes as part of the company's plans to expand in the Egyptian market.
It will work to find competitive advantages for corporate partners, raise the level of their services and provide innovative solutions. In addition to this, the partnership will increase the competitiveness of their projects away from price competitiveness prevailing in the current market.
It will also provide added-value to real estate clients and developers, and to provide new and innovative solutions to any challenges and problems facing projects before the start of their development.
Elsherbiny said that Etqan provided financial and marketing consulting services for a package of new projects in the Egyptian market. This included investments exceeding EGP 15bn in administrative, commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
Additionally, the company has contributed to the establishment of seven new companies to work in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). It will also provide advice backed by experience and study its full analysis of the Egyptian real estate market.
Elsherbiny pointed out that real estate market in the NAC enjoys promising investment opportunities during the coming years. This comes especially with the interest of the state in the capital's projects, and the injection of huge investments in the field of infrastructure.
