Otlob launch its own delivery service, contracts with McDonalds
We aim to attract 5,000 captains by end of next year, says El Saadany

Otlob, the leading online food ordering company in Egypt, has launched a new significant partnership with McDonald's international, restaurant chain to deliver McDonald's orders utilizing Otlob's well-trained delivery agents and cutting edge delivery technology.
The company launched its electronic application on Android and iOS.
Walid EL Saadany, Otlob's managing director, said that Otlob will provide delivery for McDonald's clients who use the app.
The company has about 70 restaurants now offering this service.
It intends to expand the service in the coming period and contract with more restaurants to reach 700 by the end of the current year.
He explained that the new delivery service has provided jobs for many youth, with plans to provide 1,000 jobs by the end of 2018.
Otlob has recieved 44m orders in the second quarter this year across the Middle East, up from 28m last year.
El Saadany said that Otlob sales in Egypt and the Middle East reached €479m in the second quarter this year, growing from €313m last year.
According to the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), the unemployment rate in Egypt has amounted to 11.8%.
El Saadany noted that Otlob aims to employ 5,000 delivery drivers in 2019 to cover the 26 cities in Egypt, in which the company operates, including Port Said, Ismailia, Beni Suef, Cairo, and Giza.
