Next Move exhibit looks to entice middle-income market
Published in Daily News Egypt on 14 - 12 - 2017

Developers at the inaugural edition of Next Move Egypt exhibition, which runs from Thursday through Saturday at the Cairo International Convention Centre, will look to entice potential buyers with a range of cutting-edge apartment units, townhouses and community villas with attractive, flexible payment plans.
The first edition of Next Move Egypt, powered by Cityscape, will feature a 40-exhibitor list, and will reveal hundreds of real estate investment opportunities to prospective homebuyers.
Developers are expected to tout their latest residential projects before the larger middle-income market, with most developments located in Greater Cairo.
New Cairo continues to remain popular, as experts believe that reduced traffic congestion is the main reason for its popularity. The area contains a growing middle class and is set to become one of Egypt's most sought-after locations.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to peruse through the various New Cairo residential projects on offer to find the home that best suits their family.
Tom Rhodes, exhibition director of Next Move Egypt, said that many of the exhibiting developers will offer a range of new projects from across Egypt, with a focus on middle-income residential real estate in the capital.
"We expect significant interest from potential homebuyers, who will benefit from exclusive discounts and payment plans which will only be available during the exhibition," added Rhodes.
Exhibitors will showcase several residential projects in different distinguished areas. Another area to look at during this year's Next Move is the New Administrative Capital, which property consultant Colliers says will be a "promising project with a vision of eventually being a city by itself".
Exhibitors at this year's event include: Wadi Degla, Prime Properties, Memaar Al Morshedy, Porto Vacation Club, Diarna Real Estate, Amlak Masr for Real Estate Investment, Oriental Urban Development, Tabarak Holding, Cecilia Lagoons, First Group, Zahraa El Maadi Investment & Development, La Mirada, Gardens (Emerald City), Egyptian Housing Finance Company, and Edar Sea View, to name a few.
