Fiat Chrysler Automobiles-Egypt, the world's most famous and famous brand, has announced the signing of an agency contract with the Abou Ghali Motors Group in Egypt alongside the current agent Nile Engineering Company.
Under the contract, Abou Ghali Motors would offer integrated services to Alfa Romeo's customers in Egypt, including sales, after sales, maintenance and spare parts.
The company said in a statement that the close relationship between Fiat Chrysler Automobile Egypt and Abou Ghali Motors, through its agency of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, has made the latter a key partner in the company's success in Egypt.
Abou Ghali Motors Group is a strong and experienced entity in the Egyptian automotive market, which enabled it to gain the confidence of Fiat Chrysler Automobile.
Francesco Monaco, CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobile-Egypt, said the company's expansion in the agents network reflects the company's confidence in the Egyptian market.
Fiat Chrysler Automobile-Egypt was always seeking to reach the largest customer base, and Abou Ghali Motors Group is the best to participate in the success of Alfa Romeo in Egypt along with the current agent, Nile Engineering Company.
He added that the appointment of a new agent for Alfa Romeo comes in line with FCA's global strategy of combining the premium brands, namely Jeep and Alfa Romeo brands together in the so-called "integration project" in some markets in Africa and the Middle East.
In Egypt, the integration project between Jeep and Alfa Romeo is being carried out at some of Abou Ghali Motors and Nile Engineering Showrooms.
Maher Abu Ghali, Chairman of Abou Ghali Motors Group, said that his company's acquisition of Alfa Romeo in Egypt is a natural development of a successful and extended 25-year partnership with Fiat Chrysler Automobile.
"Alfa Romeo has always been seen as one of the strongest and most famous brands in the world and we are confident in our ability, expertise and investments in the Egyptian market, that this agreement can lead to huge success," Abu Ghali said.
In that context, Mohamed Abou Ghali, CEO of Abou Ghali Motors, said that the winning of Alfa Romeo's agency in Egypt is a new challenge that reflects the FCA Group's confidence in the company's ability to strengthen the strong position of this brand on the Egyptian market.
"I am confident that this move will be positively and immediately reflected on Alfa Romeo's customers and on the market value of the company's vehicles in the local market," Abu Ghali added.
The move of adding a new agent of Alfa Romeo comes also in line with the company's strategy which aims to increase the activity of Fiat Chrysler Automobile in Egypt. The new contract would provide better promotion through expanding in sales outlets and service centres.
