10%-25% discounts at Akari-Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition on residential, commercial units

With the participation of about 60 exhibitors, the Akari-Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition kicked off at the Egypt Expo and Convention Authority (EECA) from 27 to 30 July.
Real estate developers presented their best offers, which ranged between 10% and 25% on the down payment or the total cash and facilities in payment methods on their residential and commercial projects.
Ardic for Development, Yafa Mac, Concept, the Egyptian Engineering Company for Development and Real Estate Investment, Tabarak Holding, Meamar El Mansour Real Estate Development, Benaa For Real Estate Development and Investment, and other companies participated in the event.
Concept Real Estate Group is marketing its Silla project in the North Coast, a project that will be built on three phases on a total area of 10 feddans. The project will include 650 chalets with sizes between 50 sqm and 120 sqm, and the first phase will be delivered in 2019.
The company will furnish units for free during the exhibition days.
Yafa Mac is marketing its project Emirates Heights, which was built on an area of 360 feddans. The company announced that it targets mainly middle-class customers with sizes ranging between 50sqm and 120 sqm. The project has integrated services including 32 swimming pools, a diving club, shops, artificial lakes, a water park, windsurfing, and a golf course. The second phase of the project includes 3,000 services apartments in varying spaces, as well as three 5-star hotels.
The company announced that a few units are offered during the exhibition with a discount that reaches 10% on the total cash amount or on the down payment, as well as special offers for an immediate payment system.
Meamar El Mansour for Real Estate Development offered a discount of 5% on its three residential projects in Zahraa El Maadi and in Al Hadaba Al Wusta in Mokkatam and on its commercial and residential project in Mokkatam, as well as discounts on each square metre.
The Egyptian Engineering Company for Development and Real Estate Investment provides a 15% discount on units sold during the exhibition on its project Wahat El Ryhan (a residential compound with mixed use services) in 6th of October City on 30 feddans.
Arkan Real Estate Company offered on its commercial projects a 20% discount with a payment period of up to 100 months without a down payment, and the company has marketed about 50% of the project, according to Mostafa Shamandy, the head of marketing.
Shamandy added that the commercial units range between 30 sqm and 600 sqm. The company will deliver the project in 2019, as the company is developing construction process of the project.
The second project that the company is developing is a medical destination project, which consists of 70 medical units spread across 5,000 sqm in Obour City.
Arkan is offering a 25% discount on the unit and payment period for 4 years. The project opening in 2019, according to Shamandy.
The exhibition was held under the patronage of the Ministries of Housing and Local Development, with the participation of major developers and real estate companies, organised by Al-Ahram Foundation.
