CAIRO: Al Ahly assistant coach Hossam Al-Badri insisted that his side will be looking for a win rather than a draw when they visit Tunisia s Etoile Sahel in the CAF Champions League final first-leg on Saturday. The corresponding fixture in the 2005 final ended in a goalless draw in Sousse, followed by a 3-0 second-leg victory for Al Ahly, who clinched the title in style. However, Al-Badri ruled out the option of a draw at Stade Olympique, despite being aware of his opposition s capabilities. We know we are facing a tough opponent, but the players are ready for the challenge and there will be no room for mistakes. Meanwhile, the Red Devils are yet to decide whether to include Angolan full-back Sebastiao Gilberto or not in the squad which will fly to Tunisia on Wednesday. Gilberto is complaining from a recurring Achilles problem, which he has been struggling with since aggravating the injury early 2006. Gilberto s condition is in progress, but we won t risk him unless he is fully fit for the game, Al-Badri added. Al Ahly team doctor Ehab Ali conceded that the Angolan international will be subjected to a late fitness test on Tuesday, after which a final decision will be taken.
