Prosecution to investigate alleged embezzlement in Press Syndicate
The syndicate head is accused of not informing the members of alleged corruption

Prosecutor General Nabil Sadek ordered Sunday an investigation into alleged reports of embezzlement filed against the Press Syndicate by member of parliament Moustafa Bakry.
Bakry, who is a syndicate member, accused the head of Press Syndicate, Yehia Qalash, of embezzling money portioned to fund a medical insurance initiative carried out by the syndicate.
Bakry is to attend Sunday's session to testify. He accuses Qalash of not informing members of the General Assembly of the alleged corruption incident.
