For the first time since 2006, Egypt lost the boys U19 category as Karim El-Hammamy was eliminated by Peru's Diego Elias in the semi-finals, placing third.
Jordan's Ahmed Al-Saraj took the title of the category after beating Elias.
In girls U19, Egyptians swept the first four places. Yethreb Adel won the title by defeating Mariam Metwally 3-1. Meanwhile, Nouran Gohar took the third place after beating Salma Hany.
Egypt's Youssef Soliman defeated Malaysia's Eain Yow (3-1) in the finals of boys U17. Fellow Egyptians, Saad El Din Ihab and Adham Mady, however, didn't make it to the semi-finals.
