InterContinental and Holiday Inn Cairo CityStars celebrated winning the first and second places in Egypt Food & Beverage Cup 2007 competition. The InterContinental CityStars team was also awarded the Best Hygiene Performance Award. The Competition was organized by the Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA) at this year's HACE'07 Exhibition, the 27th International Exhibition for Hotel Supplies. In this exciting live cooking challenge, hotels competed for the prestigious Egypt Food & Beverage Cup by showing their skills in everything from table decoration, cooking, food presentation and taste, to service and hygiene standards. /p
