CAIRO: Link Development has received recognition from Microsoft for outstanding customer commitment and sales achievement and has been named to the Microsoft Dynamics President's Club, according to a statement released to the press. This recognition came during Microsoft s recent global partner event in Denver, US. It is an elite club, recognizing the top five percent of Microsoft Business Solutions partners worldwide, and their dedication to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, active pursuit of product and technological advancement, and impressive sales performance.
Link Development is the software development subsidiary of LINKdotNET, one of the region's largest Internet service and solution providers, and of telecommunications giant Orasom Telecom Holding.
"We are extremely honored to receive this recognition from Microsoft, said CEO of LINK Development Hanan Abdel Meguid, who received the award on behalf of the company during a gala reception in the Colorado State capital.
"Receiving President s Club recognition from Microsoft is testament to the highest quality professionals who work at Link Development, she said. "This has been an exciting year for us. We have built a solid vertical strategy based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the automotive, pharmaceutical and financial sectors, and we have launched the concept of Citizen Relationship Management solution for the government sector. It takes employees who share a common set of guiding principles and deliver clear business value to their customers to make this happen. I am proud of our team and happy that we are recognized as a leader by Microsoft, Hanan added.
"Microsoft congratulates LINK Development on achieving President's Club status, said Tami Reller, corporate vice president, Microsoft. "Link Development truly understands how important customers are to Microsoft and goes the extra mile to make their customers' experiences memorable.
"We're proud to see our commitment to customer service recognized by Microsoft and this prestigious award serves as an added incentive for us to continue delivering the highest levels of expertise and quality standards in our solutions, she said.
