SANA'A: Mohamed Baved, the Yemeni Transport Ministry announced on Monday that he had activated the memorandum of understanding signed in Djibouti back in 2010 with the ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti, finalizing the establishment if a joint transport maritime company in between the two countries, as well as further economic cooperation agreements. The Minister of Transport expressed Yemen's keenness to develop strong economic ties with its neighbor might it be in the transportation industry or all other fields. He invited the ambassador to take advantage of Yemen's foreign investors law as he stressed the country had set up a series of measure which were aimed at benefiting new entrepreneurs coming to Yemen as to boost its economy and competitiveness on the world market. Baved finally stressed on the importance to strengthen Yemen's economy after a year of unrest.
