Egypt in talks with World Bank for $200 million loan to develop infrastructure

CAIRO: Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Mohamed Salem, discussed with World Bank Vice President for the Middle East, Inger Andersen, ways of accelerating measures to receive a loan worth $200 million Egypt has sought from the Bank.
The loan aims to minimize unemployment and develop job opportunities in labor-intensive industrial sectors including irrigation, housing, health, and education.
